The Event Partners will not collect or retain any information about you personally (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily. The Event Partners recognize that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We will not sell or rent customer information to third parties.
Private information is securely stored and is used only in an effort to improve the relationships with our customers.

Also, when we collect personal data from you in connection with a transaction we may extract some information about that transaction in an anonymous format. This anonymous information is used and analyzed only to help us understand trends and patterns. None of this information is reviewed at an individual level. If you do not want your transaction details used in this manner, you can disable your cookies.
